Digital Impressions

William & Company is happy to accept digital scans from most major intraoral scanners. Please review our protocols below to find instructions for your preferred scanner.

  • CEREC®

    1. Create or login to your CEREC® Connect account
    2. Select "MY CEREC CONNECT"
    3. Search for William & Company as the Company Name. Check the box for William & Company and select ADD to complete registration
    4. Whenever submitting your case via CEREC®, select William & Company from your list

  • iTero®

    Option 1:

    1. Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero Scanner or use lab locator at www.itero.com.
    2. Connect with William & Company by searching for our phone number: 317-635-1000
    3. After connecting to us as a Lab, select William & Company on your scanner when sending files.

    Option 2:

    1. Call 800-577-8767 and select option 2
    2. Request that William & Company is added to your scanner using our phone number: 317-635-1000.
    3. After William & Company has been added, restart your scanner.
    4. After connecting to us as a lab, select William & Company on your scanner when sending files.

  • Carestream™

    1. Select Carestream Connect on your scanner and search for William & Company.
    2. Select William & Company when submitting raw .STL files.

  • 3Shape TRIOS®

    1. Log in to the 3Shape Communicate Portal
    2. Search for "William & Company" to find our lab and connect.
    3. Select William & Company whenever sending files.

  • 3M™ True Definition

    1. Call 3M™ support at 800-634-2249 and select option 3, then select option 1
    2. Request William & Company to be added to your scanner
    3. 3M™ will then confirm with us and add your connection remotely

  • Medit i500

    Option 1:

    1. Sign up for your Medit Link Account by visiting MeditLink's registration page.
    2. Request William & Company as a partner and we will accept the request.
    3. Send your cases directly through Medit Link.

  • Planmeca® Emerald™

    1. Select the "find a lab" option on your scanner
    2. Search for "William & Company" and add us as your laboratory
    3. Select William & Company when submitting scans
